The Archives began as an early web-development project and a place to publish fiction. It is now being rebuilt as a simpler, faster, and more durable personal site.

J.B. Peacock writes speculative fiction, horror, and fantasy. The original Archives collected eight stories ranging from a distant space station to a ghostly black dog, a mountain monastery, and a journey across Central Asia.
The site also served as a place to learn web development. The restored version keeps that history while replacing the older framework and database code with a lightweight, accessible design.
What is being restored
The story index and surviving technical note are online first. Full story text will be added as the original files are recovered and prepared for comfortable browser reading.
